Paribhasha Pradhan

I'm a cybersecurity professional, course developer, and academician with a background in computer networks and a strong track record of teaching, mentoring, and building clear learning experiences. I began my career at 20, teaching Grade 12 and first-year undergraduate students at Samriddhi College while completing my B.Eng. in Computer Networks Engineering. I graduated with First Class Honors from the NAMI College (University of Northampton, UK).

To deepen my expertise, I pursued an MSc in Cybersecurity at Islington College (London Metropolitan University, UK). Alongside my studies, I taught at Islington College in Kathmandu, supporting students across first, second, and final-year undergraduate programs. Those years strengthened my ability to explain complex technical concepts with clarity, structure, and real-world context.

I later joined My Second Teacher (MST), in Nepal as a Subject Expert, which further refined my approach to curriculum design and learner success. That journey led me to Zscaler, one of the world's leading cloud security companies, where I continue to work at the intersection of security, technology, and learning.

I conduct cybersecurity awareness sessions for students and leadership to help them stay safe from cyber threats.

I've been fortunate to receive fellowships and participate in international forums, including APSIG in Sri Lanka, APNIC 52 and 54 in Singapore, APIGA in South Korea, and APrIGF 2023. These experiences expanded my perspective and strengthened my commitment to global collaboration and responsible internet development.

Beyond work, I'm a singer and artist, and I love exploring food and travel. I bring that same curiosity and creative energy into everything I do, whether I'm solving a security problem or creating learning that helps others grow.
